WHAT: First packaging redesign for the 30-year-old CPG brand Guayaki Yerba Mate

SCOPE: Project guidelines, direction, process, color update per SKU, sampling, preproduction, strategy and go-to-market asset strategy.

PRODUCT: Whole portfolio: 15.5 oz cans, 11.5 oz, glass and dry products.
